SUMMARY: This document dismisses a pending petition for rulemaking
filed by Dr. Sandra L. Woodruff to allot Channel 229C3 at Tenino,
Washington for failure to state a continuing interest in the requested
allotment. The document therefore terminates the proceeding. See 70 FR
30050, published May 25, 2005.
